Ministera Koira is building a growing network of queer, feminist, and neurodivergent initiatives in Madagascar through an anarchist, community-led approach rooted in mutual aid, autonomy, and collective power. More projects are still to come, because its vision is not only to defend our rights, but to make that struggle truly collective.

Dyke March Madagasikara

Dyke March Madagasikara is a grassroots march for visibility, protest, and empowerment organized by the Ministera Koira collective. Rooted in the political and anarchist tradition of global Dyke Marches, it rejects the commercialization of Pride to focus on radical activism, sapphic and queer visibility, and the fight against ableism. This event creates a safe, self-managed space where Madagascar's LGBTQIA+ community can gather, express themselves freely, and reclaim public space on their own terms.

Vatana Spectrum

Vatana Spectrum is a radical, community-led program dedicated to the rights, dignity, and visibility of intersex people in Madagascar. Rejecting medicalization and societal stigma, it creates a supportive network where intersex individuals can share experiences, gather vital community data, and advocate for bodily autonomy and tailored healthcare. Vatana Spectrum is about embracing the full, beautiful spectrum of human bodies and identities with solidarity, resilience, and unapologetic joy.

NeurodiverGasy

Neurodivergasy is a vibrant, peer-led space where navigating neurodivergence becomes a journey of curiosity rather than intimidation. Whether you are seeking a diagnosis, exploring your own mind, or looking for practical tools, we provide a welcoming community and accessible resources to understand how your brain works. We celebrate the "gentle chaos" of neurodiversity in Madagascar, turning self-discovery into an empowering and, most importantly, fun experience.
